30 Push Press
30 Weighted Sit-ups
then:
800m run

  1. Allen - 225# on Front Squat [23:23 for the WOD @ 95# for the Push Press & a 45# plate on the Sit-Ups] 41 Push-Ups in the minute.
    Just a note - the 45# on the sit-ups is a bad idea.
