Gym Opening Delay

***The CrossFit Gym classes will be cancelled 5/1/13 while we work through some minor issues and should be back on line soon.  I've posted a workout for you to try if you have been doing these types of workouts but you won't have access to the gym for now.  Please be patient with us!***
