  3. T. Konen 11:24 (35# bar, still not much shoulder mobility). Loved the burpee broad jumps. Started with push press 3-3-3-3-3 and 50 air squats for warm up. Cash out for 4 rounds of :45 of sit ups and reverse sit ups.
