AMRAP in 15 min:

3 OH Squats
3 Pull-ups
6 OH Squats
6 Pull-ups
9 OH Squats
9 Pull-ups

Increase by 3 reps on each excercise until 15 minutes is up.  Post rounds to comments.  The "Arizona 19" is the alternative workout.
