Warmup:

3 rounds of:

10 Air Squats
20 DU's or 40 Singles
10 Push Ups

Strength:  Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

800m Run, then
4 Rounds for time:
20 Kettlebell Swings
10 Clean and Jerks
then run 800m

Post times to comments.  Cash Out:  Flutter Kicks (1:00 on/1:00 off) x 2
